Orders for in-stock products are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
If an item is temporarily unavailable or an order requires additional preparation, we’ll contact you with an updated delivery estimate.
United States delivery
Most orders to US addresses are fulfilled using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, providing fast and reliable delivery across the United States.
Standard shipping is free within the continental United States.
Additional shipping charges apply to remote US destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii and selected US territories. The applicable shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination and product availability. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
International delivery
Sprocket also ships internationally from our Australian operations using FedEx and DHL Express.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, you’ll receive shipment details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.
Delivery addresses

If you need to change an address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to redirect it.
