Limited Warranty
Sprocket products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Sprocket warrants that its kiosk enclosures and related Sprocket-supplied components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when properly installed and used in a normal commercial environment.
What is covered
If a Sprocket product develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Sprocket will assess the claim and, where appropriate, provide a remedy which may include:
- replacement parts
- repair
- replacement of the affected product or component
The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the fault and the product involved.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
- misuse, neglect or accidental damage
- improper installation or maintenance
- use contrary to product instructions
- unauthorised modification or repair
- incorrect voltage, power surges or electrical issues
- exposure to excessive heat, moisture or corrosive conditions
- incompatible or unauthorised accessories or components
- damage to tablets, printers or other third-party equipment used with a Sprocket product
Making a warranty claim
If you believe your Sprocket product has developed a fault, please contact us within the warranty period and provide:
- your name and contact details
- your order number or proof of purchase
- the product involved
- a description of the issue
- photographs or other information where requested
Sprocket will review the claim and advise the next steps.
Where a product or component needs to be returned, we will provide the appropriate return instructions. Please do not send warranty returns without first contacting us.
Replacement parts and repairs
Any replacement product or component supplied under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
